Who We Are

FOUNDER

Ahmet holds an MBA and a Master of Engineering from Cornell University, as well as a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University. He has worked internationally in the United States and Sweden, including as a consultant at McKinsey & Company in Stockholm and later as CEO of a mid-sized technology firm. Since 2008, he has been active in Mallorca’s real estate sector, including with Mallorcaresidencia/Mallorcafastigheter (now Bo Mallorca), focusing on new developments and partnerships with private and institutional investors.

PROJECT MANAGER

Graduated in Argentina, has worked on over 20 renovation and new construction projects, managing and coordinating them from start to finish. As a project manager, he organizes timelines and coordinates suppliers and contractors to ensure everything progresses as planned. Outside of work, Maxi enjoys playing golf, listening to good music, and his passion for motorsports.

SALES & MARKETING

Patricia grew up in Sweden with a Mallorquin father. Thanks to this, she has spent a large portion of her life in Mallorca but moved to the island full time in January 2024. In Stockholm she got a degree in Digital Marketing, and has since then worked for international brands and has a lot of experience from the restaurant industry. Outside of work, she enjoys horse riding, going to the beach and spending time with friends and family.
